Storefront response
Storefront damage affects customers, staff, inventory and after-hours security. We inspect the full entrance before choosing temporary protection or a permanent repair.
We check the glass, aluminum frame, entrance door, lock area and surrounding panels before deciding what must be covered or replaced.
We remove loose hazards and protect open glass or access points so the business is secure.
Depending on the size and location of the damage, we install temporary protective cover, board-up or another securing solution.
After the business is secure, we measure the glass and arrange storefront glass replacement, or assess the entrance for door or frame repair. Permanent repairs are quoted separately from temporary board-up.
Claim records
After a break-in, vandalism, storm or impact, photograph the point of entry, full frontage, damaged hardware and anything disturbed inside, when it is safe. If police attend, record the occurrence number.
Tell us on the first call if insurance may be involved. BoardUp can provide job photos and an itemized invoice; your insurer or adjuster determines the coverage and claim requirements.
Before and after
We protect the business first, then install the replacement glass or repair the entrance.
